Return Policy

At Crafted Gift, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

  • Non-Personalised Products:
    We accept returns for non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Personalised Products:
    Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, returns or exchanges are not available for customized items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you believe your product has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at office@craftedgift.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.
